Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Stackd Silver purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with any included accessories or documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email feeraysane35@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval might not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because Stackd Silver is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at feeraysane35@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized or custom-made items, if offered, are not eligible for return except where required by law.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider might need additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

After an order ships, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, or an incomplete delivery address.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking information can take time to update after the carrier receives a package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact feeraysane35@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact us at feeraysane35@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the situation.

For packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges might apply before the order can be resent.

Any international duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
