Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

After an order ships, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, or an incomplete delivery address.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking information can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact feeraysane35@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact us with your order number so we can help review the situation.

For packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges might apply before the order can be resent.

Any international duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
